Storage Policies
The following are guidlines for mini-storage use. They are based on state and local regulations. Before you may move in, you are required to sign an agreement to follow Pooler Mini Storage policies. This written agreement is subject to change.
Site Rules
- Drinking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility.
- Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.
- Occupant shall own the lock used to secure the storage space
- If pets are to accompany you on the site, you must clean up after them.
Prohibited Items

The following items may NOT be stored at the storage facility:
- Living things
- Used tires
- Firearms
- Explosives
- Flammables of any kind
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Stolen items
- Hazardous items of any kind
- Hazardous or toxic waste material of any kind
- Items that produce any kind of odor
- Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
Prohibited Uses

The following uses are not allowed:
- Working on anything of any kind inside the unit
- Illegal use of any kind
- Living in the unit
- Garage sales, etc. inside the unit
- Use of appliances or equipment in or around the unit
- Altering the unit or premises in any way
- Climbing the security gate
- Setting off bug bombs or spraying and the use of pesticides of any kind
- Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
